Let me ask you this what if your daughter or son came to you one day and said "Mom, dad I'm not happy who I am. I would be happier a different way." Would you help and support them or would you disown the child you held when they teethed, rocked to sleep when they had a belly ache, taught how to ride a bike, put bandaides on when they crashed the bike in to the tree, let them crawl into bed with you when they had a bad dream. Wake up America times are changing. All people want in life is to be HAPPY. (myself included) I think we need to figure out how to lower gas prices and to all get along!! Pretty soon ther won't be anything for us to bitch because we'll all be gone!! I’m 34 with a 9 and 11 yesr old boys. So we feel that if these 2 women are given the chance they will raise this baby the way they should........................................................................... We hope that it's healthy and that it will make there dreams come true. We invite people to view our darkest side and demand acceptance. We all think we have the right to know everything about everyone, no matter how small or petty. We prowl around luridly looking for dirt, gossip and innuendo; anything to give us a moment's respite from our own tedious lives. This just just feeds the lurid need for approval of people like this poor soul, a confused and pathetic non-conformist who is willing to thrusts their strange sensibilities into the limelight --- and the rest of us swim around it like sharks....as if we're the last word on what's right or wrong. The truth is, our culture has reach a low point in it's spiritual self-expression. We are the most dispised nation on the planet, and we strut around like we bright answers to an increasingly troubled world. Do you think Muslim fanatics would be willing to blow themselves to make us go away if we showed the slightest bit of self-respect? We are a nation of self-centered, spoiled pleasure seekers....oversexed, desensitized to violence, and completely unaware of any form of truth that involves self-sacrifice or delaying gratification for even a few minutes. Yes, he does in fact still have the female reproductive organs, meaning, biologically, he is still a women, but this does not make him less of a man. That child will have no problem growing up in the world as long as Thomas and Nancy are good, caring parents who know how to raise a child, unlike most the people walking today. If they turn out to be horrible parents, then, I know, we will all be right back here judging them on it, and stating it was because of Thomas, how he created this "monster." But how do we have the right to sit here and comment on their lack of reasoning for a child, when we don't even know how this child will turn out.
